FAQ's

participation requirements and information

To participate in any of our training programmes you must be fit to drive and have a valid motorcycle driving licence (class A or A2). Please bring your driving licence to the training course and show it at the check-in.

Please bring a complete set of motorcycle protective clothing (helmet, enduro or cross boots, gloves, protective goggles, motorcycle suit with protectors, additional protectors such as back protectors or chest protectors if necessary) with you to the enduro training course.

Please note that we attach great importance to suitable, robust footwear – normal “motorcycle boots” do not sufficiently fulfil the safety requirements for a “day offroad”.

You can hire enduro boots up to size 48 on site, subject to a fee.

We meet on the grounds for “check-in” at 08.30 CET at the latest. The training ends around 16.45 CET.

Parking address:

BMW Motorrad Enduro Park Hechlingen
Am Enduro Park 1
Road ST 2384 from Wemding to Heidenheim
91719 Hechlingen am See

Non-alcoholic drinks are provided during the training course. Lunch is included as is the evening meal at Hotel Forellenhof after the first training day of the 2-day training course. Drinks during the meals are not included.

Training motorcycles provided by BMW Motorrad are covered by fully comprehensive insurance. You are only liable for damages caused by intent and gross negligence (see also “General terms and conditions”).

You are also welcome to participate in the training course with your own motorcycle. Your motorcycle must be approved for road traffic and suitable for offroad riding (2-stroke bikes are not permitted). A good standard enduro tyre is sufficient. Your motorcycle must be in perfect technical condition and have a standard exhaust system.

Free riding is not possible at the BMW Motorrad Enduro Park Hechlingen, we ask for your understanding. We offer many different training options, so you will certainly find one that suits you.

We usually ride whatever the weather conditions. If weather conditions are extreme, we reserve the right to cancel the event to ensure your safety.
